Ron Thompson Rod KEVLAR SHIELD

The Ron Thomspon Kevlar Shield rods are the new generation of super strong rods. Combining the technology of PBO fibers, that give to these rods the inner Carbon strength, with the protective layer of Kevlar applied together with the paint of the rod (to give protection from any damage to the blank, caused by trees or transportation). The slim and strong blanks are made with PBO fibres (poly-p-phenylene benzobisoxazole) which has been used for spaceflight and strategic materials by the Japanese and American government.
